Cleveland Family Law Attorney
Successful representation in divorce and other family law matters requires an attorney who, in addition to having the legal knowledge, has compassion and sensitivity. As a solo lawyer, I only take a few cases at a time. I then have the opportunity to work closely with each client throughout the course of proceedings.
I have been practicing in the family courts of Northeastern Ohio for over 30 years, am a long-time member of the Family Law Committee of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association and work closely with the magistrates and judges of the Courts Division of Domestic Relations. The court often asks me to serve as guardian ad litem for children and juveniles.
As your attorney, I will never lose sight of the degree to which the outcome of your case will affect your financial security and, if you have children, your parental rights. After listening to your concerns and identifying key factors in your case, I will provide practical advice. When you have determined how to proceed, I will provide powerful advocacy and personally oversee every phase of your proceedings. You will be able to contact me with questions or concerns at any time.
Domestic issues I handle include the following:
- Divorce
- Child support, custody and visitation
- Property division and alimony
- Dissolution and legal separation
- Grandparents’ rights
- Protective orders
- Paternity actions
